Brandon & Elizabeth Oates
President Vice-president
Brandon and Elizabeth Oates married in 2001 and have served in marriage ministry since 2008. Brandon is a graduate of Baylor Law School and practices law in Waco. Elizabeth, a graduate from Baylor University and Dallas Theological Seminary, is a freelance writer and author (www.dealingwithdivorcebook.com). They currently juggle life with their three children and enjoy going to Baylor sporting events, having family movie nights, and spending time with friends. But most of all they have a passion for investing in people and watching God perform a radical, redemptive work in the lives of others.
Ben & Skylar Worley
Secretary Board Member
Ben and Skylar Worley are originally from Dallas and have lived in Waco for the past six years. They graduated from Baylor University and got married shortly after. This summer they will have been married for two wonderful years. Ben works for Capstone Mechanical as their IT supervisor and Skylar is a kindergarten teacher at Rapoport Academy. They are involved at Antioch Community Church and love serving their community.
Benjie & Kimberly Polnick
Treasurer Board Member
Benjie and Kimberly Polnick married in 2001 and have served in pre-marriage ministry since 2009. Benjie is a graduate of Baylor University and works with Visiting Angels. Kimberly, a Baylor University Elementary Education graduate, taught in public schools before transitioning to working as a full-time stay-at-home mom. She also serves as a children's leader for Bible Study Fellowship. Together the Polnicks invest in the preschool ministry at Columbus Avenue Baptist Church and enjoy leading pre-marital classes through Legacy Family Ministries. They have two young sons and enjoy vacationing to the beach and the mountains, attending Baylor sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
Trey Hagins & Liz Hagins
Finance Committee Chairman Project Mentoring Liaison
Trey and Liz Hagins are high school sweethearts originally from North Little Rock, AR. They graduated from Baylor University and married in 2000. They spent nine years in Austin before returning to Waco. Trey and Liz have invested in student ministry ranging from elementary to college students for the past ten years. They enjoy spending their time with friends, attending Baylor events and eating chocolate. Their two kiddos keep them constantly on the run, climbing trees and spotting round-off backhand springs.
Stefan & Vanessa LeRow
Board Member Board Member
Stefan and Vanessa LeRow have been married 14 years and have four children. Their story is one that will most assuredly end up in a book someday. It is one full of grace and redemption and proof that God makes beauty from the ashes.
